Hair Extensions FAQ
What does maintenance look like?
After your first install, you must come in 5-6 weeks later for your first maintenance appointment for us to do a move-up. 6-8 weeks later we will do a remove and reinstall. We will repeat this process throughout the duration of your extension wear.
How long does the hair last?​

9-12 months depending on at home care and desired color. Blonde extensions are more prone to discoloration overtime (becoming brassy). We can tone them, but I do find that they last closer to the 9 month range.
How should I be caring for my extensions at home?​

Brush hair before washing, use sulfate and paraben free shampoo, use leave-in conditioner before detangling post shower, style hair once completely dry, avoid products containing alcohol, oil or ethanol ingredients, use caution when applying sunscreen as some include chemicals that discolor the hair. We suggest a vegan, all natural, non aerosol sunscreen to prevent discoloration.​​
Why should I get hair extensions?​

Hair extensions are a great way to add volume, length and color dimension. If you have thinner hair and just want more body but not length, opt for one row of wefts at the same length of your current hair. If you feel like your hair just plateaus and won't grow past a certain length, extensions are a great option for you to have hair you've always wanted. If you don't want to damage your hair with color/lightener, multidimensional extensions or layering two colors is a great option to give you a different look. Extensions are an investment, but we promise they are worth it & we will help you all along the way!
