Before Your Appointment
​​Once you request an appointment online, we’ll follow up within 24-48 hours to gather more details about your hair goals. We may ask for inspiration photos and current hair photos to ensure we book the right service for you.

Once your appointment is approved, you’ll receive a confirmation, plus a reminder three days before your visit. For the best results, please arrive with clean hair—this helps us accurately assess your color and create the perfect plan to achieve your desired look.
